Why was only Seth's channel deleted, also 44's could been under YT's rules (no offense meant to 44 as 44's channel is great)

You can contest the decision. I know many that have gotten their channel back. Sometimes with enough reports, videos are flagged. When you recieve enough strikes they terminate. There are usually emails warning. It is automated. When you contest it, someone actually checks out your channel.
You need a disclaimer in the description, and in the beginning of the video.
BOSTON LYOD has the videos we all know of him injecting all kinds of gear, and so do others, but they are still there? Boston Lyod's video has a disclaimer at the bottom during the whole video.
