I remember the first time I met Greg Kovaks (R.I.P. bro) @
the 10th, or 11th Arnold Classic, I met him one year, got a pic taken with, he was 325+, then a stinking year later dude was 405 fucking pounds, "Not" Shredded, but still in good shape, guys arms were "literally " as Big as my head, or darn near would have blocked it out..!

Crazy, however, this Kat is 5'10", Kovaks was my height I believe, maybe an inch taller.

there's some Beast's out there, ever see the French Guy..? Can't think of his name, Bald, rather tall, I believe he is well into the 300's
