Every show i did i never changed my work out...i trained for size all the way till last week out of a show, i just let cardio and diet do its work; about a month ago i just wanted to do something different and changed everything : frequency of work outs, started doing super-sets, tri-sets, quatri-sets, giant sets, circuit training, etc Is hard for me to be muscular am just not an athletic person; but i have learnt thru the years that devotion and dedication will make up for the lack of talent and genetics. How do you train for cutting?
