So I was wondering if any of you guys have tried using Glucosamine at a higher dose to combat the dry grindy joints you get with winny or var?

So I was wondering if any of you guys have tried using Glucosamine at a higher dose to combat the dry grindy joints you get with winny or var?

I take glucosamine everyday for about 5 years and it has worked miracles for me. I ran out one time and did not get any for 3 days and it was a big difference. It took about 2 months before I was feeling results, but it does not effect everyone the same way. My dr told me to find a good generic glucosamine because it does the same thing the more expensive ones do. I pay $9 for a 3 month supply! I have never tried puriton's pride glucosamine but they have very good prices.

So what lab should we get it from ?
Is it pill or powder form?

Glucosamine is a over the counter medicine! You can get it at CVS, Walmart, Walgreens etc....

Just don't use it if you have a shellfish allergies
