This is why personal hygiene is so important especially when on cycle/blast. Don't want acne? get blood work to ensure e2 is within theraputic range. And gotta be on point with personal hygiene.

See how oily my face is? This is from my just working from home on my labtop. This pic was taken roughly 4 hours after I took a shower and exfoliated (every time) my body from head to toe. I was not sweating.

Often get ance worse using clomid than aas for some reason. Also when "on" get acne or "bacne" but never has been to bad.

Damn man that is a close up. Looks like it was taken with the Hubble Telescope... I hear you though, at certain points in my cycles my skin can go from dry to extremely oily... For the most part its just at the start and end of the cycle as levels are evening out.

can you please share which charcoal scrub you've been using? I have some 10 more refills of pharma solution (PM me if anybody needs a bottle) that I apply to infected area as last resort as I prefer to explore other options first. Here is what I try to do every shower when I get up & when I go to bed. On weekends, I won't shower until after working out. Majority of my workouts are at my work gym. I would take a shower, but I am limited on time so I scrub my body with a warm towel. Sometimes I am lazy so I skip some steps.
(1) Exfoliate from head to toe using an exfoliating glove with some natural (hippie) soap (that my wife buys at farmers market),
(2) then I use St.Ives Apricot face scrub (feels like sand) to scrub my chest,
(3) then I use a back scrubber with NIZORAL A-D Ketoconazole and scrub my back and then my entire body until soap is gone (don't want to waste it),
(4) then I use St.Ives Apricot face scrub to scrub my face,
(5) and finally, wash face with NIZORAL.

It may sound like a lot of work, but I can get in and out of shower within 15mins.

I usually just shower with regular soap, and every couple days I'll shower my whole body and face with dawn dish soap

Mainly use the face scrubber for my face, chest, back, and shoulders.

I've used two other brands one was a local soap maker and the other was a large beauty supply company...they may have worked over the but I'm very reluctant on spending money if it's not a sure thing at least more than twice after that I'm not investing into it. This is what a 31g slin pin HGH looks like roughly 10mins after pinning without cleaning with alcohol swap after pinning. You can't see the blood with naked eye. So after pinning, use alcohol swap on injection site. I don't know if an infection or something unwanted can get into pin hole or not, but always better to be safe then to deal with abscess or infection. I got some more scary looking pics of my body....that freaked me out.... hair follicle looks gross under high magnification.

Any recommendations for a scrub to use over the entire body, instead of just the face?. I use the apricot scrub also, but I use the Dollar General brand. Even that is pretty expensive, too expensive to use over the entire body.
