Yes I know and MIC injects that have rest in too.
I don't really have trouble at all because I don't over do orals. I like my liver

Hey guys I wanted to give an update on what's going on...so as of december 6th I had got blood done and ALS and ALT was 135/122 respectively.
After using this protocol along with cinnamon to flush free radicles and heighten receptors and cranberry caps for kidney function.
Liver values are currently at 67/67 for ALS and ALT
I had also lowered my test during this time to 250mg a week.
I've been doing this for about a month and some change
For the 3 products Roc mentioned I got all of them in packs of 2...for a total of $60 and I used racehorsemeds brand of glutathione. Its doses at 200mg/ml and I injected EOD.

So in case anyone was wondering what this protocol does and what effects it has now u know

However I do have a question. It looks like normal values are in the 40s. I was looking to hop back on once everything has normalized. Should I be good now or wait till they drop more?

Well I have implemented this within the past week. I was already doing glutathione for a while, maybe two years on and off. But never added the other items. I got 500g of inositol and choline and 1kg of methionine all for around 50$ shipped on amazon. After 3 days my still tolerance dropped very noticeably. I have been drinking half as much coffee as before. I don’t know if this is just coincidence... either ways thanks to roc for this info!
