I usually don't listen to music but lately I've been listening variety of folks covering Gary Jules song, Mad World, my favorite verse is "And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad, The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had".

Can't go wrong with fleetwood mac either lol.

Yeah I find rap or punk enjoyable to workout to. I actually like to keep my cortisol levels low while lifting.. lol
