Thanks...I am running my first ever cycle and finally taking a ride on the dark side

Strength is up quite a bit and getting more size. Just running 500mg test that's all at the moment but soon will add some goodies.

I will brother, I was looking around for a new home board after being laid up from surgery & away from the gym & juice for a year. Back at it now 2 weeks in to working out & ready to just back on the sauce. Going back to my always on status.

If you been out a year the first 3 months are gonna be rough, but in the end muscle memory comes into play so you should get all your gains back and then some by the end of this year!

you click the Picture icon (when you out your mouse pointer over it it should say Insert Image. If you have a picture on your computer you can click From Computer tab then browse to the image. Otherwise you can click From URL tab and put in the URL of the site where your picture is hosted.

First pic last January 1, 2015. 2nd pic was in medical rehab about 10 months after my liver transplant. 3rd pic 11 days after being back in gym & 4th pic is just after 2 weeks.
