Hey guys, just joined today. I'm a 27 year old powerlifter/washed up rugby player from AL.
6', 245.
Current best raw lifts are 675 squat, 440 bench, and 675 deadlift.
Been in the gym for 14 years
Goal numbers right now are 700/475/700 while still looking like I lift and not be a fat shit haha.
I ran a few cycles before I decided to just blast/cruise a few years back after my shoulder reconstruction and acl repair.
I look forward to being a part of this community, learning new things, and meeting new people.
