Where do you train/workout?
What is your gym like?
Do you go to a big box gym, small old school gym, Crossfit gym, Powerlifting, mma gym?
Why did you choose your gym?

My gym is a big box gym that has 24 hr access. Or I train at home in the garage (free weights, adjustable bench, dip/pullup/ab station, pair of squat stands)home quality equipment.

My gym is a single-location big box type gym that's got a decent weight area that caters to powerlifters and bb'ers. Something for everyone and definitely miles better than what Planet Fatness has to offer. I chose it as it was close to my home and the selection of equipment it has, and been a member there for a total of 6 years.

Small local owned,24hr gym. Floors covered with thin black mats, ceiling is corrugated tin, machines are old n squeaky but work fine. More than enough free weights and it smells like a gym! Lol..
Best of all, nobody ever interrupts and wants to talk or ask questions.

I go to a local DIII college. My buddy is the strength and conditioning coach there so I can workout for free. Plus I joined a Workout Anytime that just opened up. It's very nice. Has the Matrix line of equipment. It's very smooth just like Hammer Strength

Bit like you!!!! Old and squeaky. Maybe some deca to lube ya joints mate 😉 haha

I got a crossfit gym here that does a just weightlifting membership for cheap. They got every kind of powerlifting, strongman, and some other type of free weight equipment you could want.

Mine is a local gym, the Redmond Athletic Club (if you're ever in central Oregon, let me know and I'll get you in so you don't miss your workouts) - locally owned, built in some kind of old warehouse, somewhere between an old-school dungeon and a pretty-boy fitness club. For my current strength and skill level, it has more than enough for me. Friendly atmosphere. It closes at 9:30 so I cannot workout after the kids are in bed, but I keep hinting at the owner that if he just staffed it until midnight, he'd retain a lot of the people he's losing to the "24-hour" gym down the road. Overall, good stuff, no complaints; could use a hot tub, but there's really no space for it.

I go to a family gym.. I can take my kids swimming or other activities they have for children.. They actually have 2 facilities in town so i can go to either one.

My gym is a salvation army facility. A family called the Kroc donated $20,000,000 to build it 3 years ago and salvation army runs it. I has some awesome weight room with top of the line free weights and machines. It has day care for parents with kids, a out door pool, a full gym for BB, VB or whatever. They have any type of classes you would need, a cafe, locker room with showers, a sanctuary for church, outdoor play ground, a walking track that is 1/2 mile long and cross fit stuff. We pay $60 a month with my veterans discount. There are only 3 of these facilities that the salvation army runs.

I train at LA Fitness, its about 5 min from where i live. And sometimes workout at home.

Local gym that used to be an old church. Owner is former a bodybuilder and converted into a nice gym. Has everything you could ask for as far as equipment, and is three stories. Can't ask for much more than that.

I workout at home, no Kat's working in hogging plates lol, little kids in the mirror and best of all I get to be as loud and obnoxious as I want without anyone getting butthurt or offended.

Me I'm insane about my workouts . I got adjustable Dumbbells , Dip station and Boflex machine , I always in my 30 years can't find one gym has all I need . Right now got 3 memberships - one close to my apartment 20 month like Olympic/ power lifting gym has all chains , bands racks dumbells up to 200 no chicks or children ever . Then one near work has basics - tons of femanimals when I need to see females 10$ month , then pretty much one of the largest and complete gyms in my state - literally need binoculars to see other side . Has Ton of several lines of machines - I use when injured . As I work around injuries. Has 15 leg press , like 18 flat benches , six incline , 5 decline , two dip stations, five cable stations etc you get it ? Plus full boxing and Judo gym , huge 15 foot big screen Tv and like over 20 other tv so I don't miss NFL or NHL - plus tons of georgeous fitness chicks everywhere two cardio rooms with over 50 pieces frogging huge - others pay 75$ month but since I was original member ( shhhh) pay $9 month . So convenience important but had to have all- like need standing calf machine with over 1000 pounds , prefer seated calf with circular foot block , need chin up stations , power racks , heavy dumbells . Yes it's called obsessive BB has been huge life necessity since age 12 , I am 50 . Planned layoffs only entire life and that includes post spine and hip surgery lol. Lower back reconstruction in 1995, was working out full body one week later . 3 days after surgery was bored so took 33 mile walk to beach lol. Do people tell you guys its too much to lift regular ? I discipline myself to live fuller healthier life not limit . I still enjoy going there of course I'm the old frogging man there now but hey got all my hair and six pack lol .
