What to do guys think wouldnbe more effecrtive...

....longer dosed DNP cycle at say 250mg/day for 3wks,,,,OR...a shorten dosed cycle at 500mg/day for 10-12days

I only ask because attempted the shorter version and sides were nearly intolrable....had to cut the cycle a day or so short.

Just wasted some exprirenced feedback....Thanks.

I personally can't tolerate long periods I like short blasts some like low dose lover runs me 1 cap or 3 I'm flat and sweaty and my workouts suck . so my preference 2 to 3 caps 7 to 10 days and eat chicken and broccoli tilapia and green beans for the whole time do double cardio sessions and loose a fuck ton of fat on the shortest possible period . yes I am fucking miserable the entire time really miserable but when That hoodie comes off and the whole gym is like WTF how did what . I love it everytime

Theoretically lipolysis will still be in effect just at a slower rate...correct?
 
Yes all depends on how much you need to loose for higher amount longer may be better but I stay pretty lean and I can go higher dose for 10 days and really grind it out those 10 days super tight diet and lots of cardio and be super tight after 10 days . also I lift for my training not being able too get a pump and having no strength or energy to train hard drives me nuts so shorts blasts are for me I could imagine a whole month on DNP sleeping in sweat always tired and hungry . but yeah it works the same at a slower rate over longer period if you can handle a long period I cant

Being on DNP sucks balls its miserable but loosing that crazy amount of pure body fat in that short a period of time is just nuts and there is no other way too speed it up that fast so like may other things in bodybuilding you just have too suck it up butter cup this isn't a sport for the weak eating 1000 calories under maintenance at 6 percent body fat sucks doing AM cardio fasted. Sucks lots of it sucks you have to love the process and really want that end result .

Longer low dosed dnp works for,me

I am finding out this works much better for me. I have been on 250mg for 2wks now and side effects are much less severe. I do still feel the heat but I don't feel like a pile of shit. Thinking about stretching it to 3wks.
 
Also my strength training workouts have little to no effect using the lower dosed. I am still able to push myself trough those last couple of reps with litle effect from the fatigue issues from the DNP. Still sweatin, ball off but very more tolerable.
