Great to see everyone here taking similar . Hey if you come across the book “ stop America’s number one killer “ bg thomas e Levy MD - he talks about and pages of footnotes to hundreds studies that document at minimum Mega dosing vitamin C - I follow the entire regime with exception of dental toxicity . Apparently root canal teeth poison our bodies along with metal fillings . However many cardiac diseases are linked to what he calls arterial scurvy . Since so many variables reduce the levels of C in body states supplements of 3g to 9 g a day . Main ones are C , proline , lysine b6 and coenzyme q10 but host of others like chrondioton and glucosamine like 1500 day . Some cases reverse artery plaque entirely but at minimum slow dramatic. Dr Linus Pauling decades ago began this , since then many studies . Claims most docs won’t tell you that FDA way below what needed and docs be out of business if more followed. I think if we cycle even more important to supplement. Idiotic views I’m sure you hear “ why do you take vitamins if you use AAS “ duh lol

I take a multi pac, bp med, Prilosec, dbol, cialis, and creatine with my slin every morning

I’m confident that eating a sufficiently nutrient dense diet is all that’s necessary.
We’ve been pitched so much propaganda and outright deceit. It blows my mind how much $ and faith people give to supps.

Testboner what about your heart? You’ve been on AAS for 20 years.
Vitamin K mk7 and coq10 in high doses I would think would be necessary.

AAS for 30+ years.
All of what you mentioned, I get in my diet. The carnivore diet I eat has all that. I eat organ meats along with my beef. I eat grass fed butter and cheese. Instead of spending $ on supps (which are largely, poorly assimilated), I spend it on nutrient dense, real foods.
The supplement market is even more riddled with troubles than the food industry itself.

Completely agree with you here. People waste so much so money on them it's crazy.

I’ll look it up. Which of those has coq10 in it?

If you research the heck out of which supps might help you, there are some, which I proved to myself and Dr.
Lipid level was 355 total, Trig's and LDL were thru the roof to make that total so high. (My HDL luckily was also sky high). (This goes back to when I was 18, ripped teenager, never touched a bodybuilding drug until 2009 - Epistane, when I was 43).

Did the statin thing for 10 years, worked well for me (low dose 10 mg of Simvastatin). Was sick of forced quarterly blood test/office visits, and the bills to go with them.
Read some books written by cardiologists (The Great Cholesterol Myth, etc.) For most people, the drugs are not needed. For those with familial issues, drugs / supps might be needed.
My Dad died of heart disease at age 47, back in 1985.

Anyways, getting on Niacin, Citrus Bergamot, Triple Strength Fish Oil, and Red Yeast Rice (Natures Plus Herbal Actives - known to have Monocolin K (natural lovastatin), I got my numbers even better than when on statins.
(For me, LDL in range, Trigs in range and HDL can be as high as it wants, which brings my numbers above their foolish 200 milligram limit. I was at 225 because of my HDL is always sky high. (The "good" cholesterol).

The stuff that really works is limited. Research the brands (many are useless). (I got a Consumer Labs report that shows like 15 Red Rice Yeast supplements, some were basically flour caps, some had zero monocolins in them, and a high toxic metal count.

Natures Plus Herbal Actives has zero toxins, and almost 10 milligrams of natural Lovastatin. Just cant promote that on the label. They sort of do w/ their "1.7 of monocolins" statement. 600 mg. x 1.7% = 10.2 mg.

I like very few MFG's like "Now", "Jarrow", "Solgar"...

If you have an issue, do lots of research before blindly buying,a nd get bloods done. I have many tims now on this stack and they work perfectly (for me)... (Sorry for long-winded post). : )

Alot of fruits and veggies, 10k of d3 due to defeciency, and a couple lines of blow every know and then to keep the arteries and sinuses clean

Thank you Rot,
I’m about to be taking everything on that list (and then some) minus the fish oil. Fish oil is apparently not helpful for cardiovascular system without walnut oil; there are studies.

Im assuming you’re kidding about the blow and arteries?

Lol yea. Funny story though..my uncle had lymohoma and his white bloods were sky high, reds were low and he would do blow and it would actually reverse that and increase reds and lower whites. He swears cocaine cured his cancer. Dude would actually do it in doses and time it to his chemo and bloodwork
