Bananas, canalope, watermelon, grapes, pineapples, apples
Dried fruits pineapple, mango, apricots, cranberries, coconut, all of them I can find
Coconut water a MUST!!! PURE NOT CONCENTRATE
Worried about sodium??? Get your 4000-5000 mg potassium required a day. Most people don't come close. Get your daily required potassium and sodium is unheard from!!!

I am a fruit eating fiend. Don't care what it is. I was told and I don't know if it's true. I was told that peaches were the best thing to use when your carb deplete to fill back out for a show. What are you guys thoughts on that.

Cool brother thank you so why have I never seen anybody back stage eating peaches it's peanut butter and jelly some sucking down a soda. Alot of doritos. This will be my third show and I have been considerably better each time out. And this time I'm going in better prepared than I ever even dreamed that I could be.

I don't eat enough potassium and most don't and this is something I've been working on in dialing in my nutrient intake. So I love hearing this cause it's so true. But I eat apples watermelon pineapple(pen)lol assorted berries and peaches

I'm wondering the same thing too, it's either rice cakes or something with flour etc. why not fruit

Lot of people cut to hard to quick and come in flat !! That's why they have to do that shit . If ur prep is right then u don't have to do stuff like that at all . Natural sugar is way better for u. Just like good carbs and good fats .

I eat bananas,apples and alot load of watermelon it has great nutrients and also is great for hydration!!

I like a lot of different fruit .But blueberries and pineapple are staples in my diet . the blueberries for antioxidants and the digestive enzymes in the pineapple really help keeping my stomach flat .

I usually eat an apple everyday but if I don't I'll eat a pear, they say a pear has about 70% of the fiber you need for the whole day. Some days I throw a banana in my protein shake with oatmeal and pb. My daughter eats blueberries and strawberries every day so I'll snack on those too but I love Cantaloupe and pineapple a lot
