Westside is no joke! I had read up about it while researching Juggernaut.

It's solid training especially if you are running gear and hgh. It gave me a boost in all my lifts. Now I use a mix of this and some other stuff that I pulled from other programs and people.

Yes sir. I had been looking to incorporate powerlifting and strength techniques to my workouts as last season it was all about volume and lower weights as I cut but this go round as I try to put some size on ive really been searching and trying out heavier methods. Been going really well so far...

Try to stay out of the one rep stuff though. You can get strength and size in the 5 rep range pretty nice. I got all sorts of torture stuff. Then I add crazy stuff in like a mile of walking lunges wearing a weighted vest
