Wife's been diabetic now for a couple years nothing has really controlled it extremely well especially the A1C. Diet, exercise, different insulin combo's, metformin. She recently got prescribed the Victoza it's has worked very well dropped A1c 13.5 to 6.1 and controlled meal and fasting blood sugars.
After all the samples have now run down the office provided trying to get it covered by insurance has been awful. A couple appeals, letters from doctors and we are still doing battle. It's a rather spend'y drug with no generic yet. Novo Nordisk provides some help with cost but not with the insurance we have. They also will not accept any prescription drug savings card of any kind because of the insurance we have.
If any one has any idea's she has a valid script was hoping to import from a European, or Indian pharmacy. --NE--
