I do NOT eat enough veggies. Like hardly any. I know I need to change that.
Just started adding green beans to two of my meals daily. Going grocery shopping later and getting kale, carrots, cucumber, celery and apples...to start blending a green smoothie every morning with breakfast.
How much vegetables/day does everyone here take in? Which ones?
