I'd just start at the very low end of 25mcg to start, and "gradually" bump it up, like 3-5 @ 25mcg, add 1/2 tab each 3-5days thereafter, to no more than say 100mcg tops, I've gone to 125, but even 75-100mcg is plenty, and you "must " taper back in reverse order same way, gradually lessen the dose same way til cessation.

Keep in mind, T-3 can burn muscle too, you may be better served with Clen, which is anti-catabolic.

Clen, Tren & Winny will. Get you shredded.

currently at 194 ish wish i was ten pounds leaner or so. still some bloat and water in the stomach, have been clean but deff having a few cheats here and there. going to try and kill abs next 5 days, get tan as shit and pump the tren the last week
