Trt question

Great info here!
Yea man it’s paramount that you know more about your body and bloods than a regular primary physician does. Its your responsibility to maintain your health, not some person who see’s you for 15min every who knows when. And lets be realistic, the information they are taught in schools is mostly false, and real truth is out there if you follow the right people.

Usually it’s in the 60s when resting now is in the 70s and 80s. Higher when walking too tonight it’s up to 137 just walking and normal under 120

Rbc could have gone up. Dont forget your body’s physiology is changing…alot will be different. Its why i said keep an eye on blood work, bp, and everything you can.

I’m getting another shot tomorrow. Feeling good. Heart rate is still higher but it’s good.
Getting bloodwork next week.

Heart rate is good now but blood pressure is still a little high

I am going to adjust the dosage as recommended in this thread. I have to work it out though so insurance keeps covering it.

My number at 300 now from 250. Having a hard time injecting. I do it in my thigh but it hurts for over a week.

I’m doing the shot every week now instead ofof every 2 weeks.
