Training on empty stomach

Hell all my life I’ve considered my workout cancels calories lol I never in 30 years not eat preworkout in fact once in awhile just small burger at BK on my way to gym lol

I'd probably do that same thing if I lifted after work or something, very hungry at certain times of the day...
 
I have to train on an empty stomach. If I lift in the evenings, I have to wait atleast 2-3 hours after eating. I don’t take pwo drinks either. Makes me too damn jittery and I sweat like a whore in church. I just try to get as much water in me before lifting.

Oh I too wait 2 hours I guess I don’t consider that empty . I define empty as in like after 6-8 hours sleep empty . I Wake up 2am to eat then drink teas take my stims allow breakfast to digest . So I guess maybe do ? Workout on empty ? You all making me think better anyway lol

My younger days, I would get up at 0400 something and hit the weights. 1 1/2hrs or so. That gave me so much energy and I burned yesterday’s fat too. Now that I’m WAY older, 0530 alarm goes off and I’m like, ah fuck. Nope, going back to sleep. Lol
