Okay, these weren't taken promptly on May 1st, but they are close enough that they count as my "Before" pictures for my 35-week challenge from May 1 to December 31.
 
June 21 - Six years ago today I took my first steps toward better fitness. I was 281 pounds then. This is me just after a jog on that very same track, now down to 246ish.

At the beach right now!!!! And now I want go find a gym lol. Looking good man

I hit legs yesterday and I am sore as balls. Come Monday I will be back at it. Until then it's eat drink sun and eat again

Those steps forward are getting harder and harder with each passing day, ha ha. Forty was a good year, 41 ... it's like my warranty expired all of a sudden. This week it's tennis elbow, so I had to lay off tonight's arm workout. Ah, well, I'll do what I can. I'll never be Mr. Olympia as a "natural" BBer, but I'll do what I can.
 
Well, not much difference from the pictures at the top of this thread, but for the record, here's me on July 3rd, with half a year left before 2017 - 26 weeks to make visible changes! If I don't make you go, "Wow, nice work!" by January, I'm not trying hard enough.
