Yes I said train my friend. Let me tell you a little about my brother n law. Growing up he was the all American stud we all wanted to be. Genetically gifted nice as the day is long. You know the guy I'm talking about. Now he is just as inspirational at the gym with the attitude he has with all the shit going on in his life. He is still the stud I wish I was.

Once again, I applaud your high volume workout. I do the similar but with much lower weight (for now!), 3-5 dropsets per lift and ab roller to kill time I between sets. Due to lack of time when at work, I'll do entire workout in 1 set and ab roller and repeat and done

As long as your getting it done brother. Thank you. This is actually a pretty laid back routine I get this done in about 45 minutes. As things progress the normal workout will be a hour and a half
