I've had pharm var and trust me 15 wasn't enough lol. I think dosing on compounds like that are made for a anorexic male that fits into the bmi chart perfectly. I didn't even start getting good pumps really until 40 and slowly added more 100 is my sweet spot.

I'm eating 100mg of var a day right now and 100mg of winny lol.
