I've had several friends from (closed) FB groups I'm in point me to this place as a good board. I was a former /r/SST person and of course they closed their doors a while ago. Just wanted to say hi and that this place looks pretty cool. Like first-time-you-saw-The-General-Lee cool. Or like Game of Thrones Arya Stark cool.

I'm a former collegiate athlete who got fat as shit for about 6 years after my first marriage, then I got skinny, then I got on TRT and began bodybuilding recreationally. I've been in weight rooms for most of my adult life but I began training seriously around 4 years ago. Before that I was basically just flopping around and could be found alternately on the bench or elliptical.

I've got 4 cycles under my belt and I've been on TRT for almost 3 years.

See you all later.

Curling in the power rack,
Your new friend,
SL

Welcome to HCU . Though honestly you mention four years of training and 4 cycles ? That’s shame . You really need more of a foundation . The most successful of anyone bodybuilding is still considered a beginner therefore you need few years to respond to training and learn how to eat and lift . Then couple years reading and researching AAS . You’ve certainly come to the right place . However spend more time in gym and continue reading , posting asking questions . No such thing as stupid question when learning . So anyone blasts you for that please let me or another mod know . I been on forums for over 20 years , B.B. over 30 - best forum best members are here . Lucky your first landing was the best . Dig in enjoy

I appreciate the input. :) I think I probably underestimated my training history. As an athlete I trained (natty) for performance and strength in college, then dabbled in what I thought was bodybuilding through my adult life until I elected to go on HRT in 2015. At that point I also met several legit bodybuilders in town - some IFBB - and began really training. Shortly after that I did my first blast and I've done about 1 per year since I've been on HRT. I'm still new by probably all of your standards but I'm willing to learn and ask questions.

Thank you for taking the time to post. I agree I probably could have had a bit more training (and eating, still an issue) under my belt prior to opening Pandora's box...but it is what it is. Live and learn.

Thanks again man.
