Just curious as to what our friends here consider staple items to run not only on cycle, but for health purposes in general. I personally use:

Sports vitamin
Fish oil
CoQ10
Vitamin D5
Vitamin C
Hawthorne Berry
Tudca
NAC
Nattokinase

Feel like I'm forgetting one or two...


Anyone see anything they consider a "must" that I did not include in my list??
 
For liver: ProSupps Guardian and Himalaya LiverCare "Liv52"

for joints: Animal Flex and Cissus

multi and joints: Controlled Labs Orange Triad.

taurine and bananas for back / shin pumps

DAA as test booster during PCT.

most any fish oil.
any pre-workout with DMAA.

Scivation Xtend BCAA's.
