Supplements to protect liver, prostate, cholesterol / heart??

I see a lot on the liver protection. I have NAC and Tudca for that... Was wondering what you all take to keep cholesterol in check and prostate health?

That’s what I supplement with year round I like it better than nac much better absobtion then regular milk thistle

I’d b careful with tudca don’t take it for too long... only on heavy oral cycles

Also if you can find inj glutathione that is suppossed excellent for liver detoxification. It helps reverse fatty liver in non alcohol related cases. Also look into liver and organ defender by 5%nutrition. Excellent all in one protector. Downside is lots of pills to cover a daily dose

Some of this stuff can help sure. However, it really doesn't make much sense constantly taking one pill to cover or prevent side effects from another. Make more sense to lower your dosages or take less of the actual drug that's causing the problem.
 
Nac and tudca are trash, if you want true help with liver, gluth only bro, racehorse meds has it, and for other help, meds only if your serious.

Tudca's trash ? ..that’s the first time I’ve ever heard that.
I’ve always used tudca and seen good results with blood work compared to when I didn’t use it

I dont plan on crazy doses.. Basically Dbol at 50mg/day in the 1st 4-5 weeks and whinny in the last 5-6 weeks. Maybe some anivar or provin thrown in because I have some on hand, but would keep doses in what most would consider the lower range.

Just got back into it last year with 1st cycle in 15 years. I like long test esters, so like to kick off with Dbol and then I will be taking Test E and Deca next time around so like to dry out the Deca wetness on the back end.
