I am trying to cut and lose a significant amount of fat while maintaining as much of my lean muscle as possible. I am currently on a 1,500 calorie a day diet and am doing a mix of cardio and weight training. What is a good ratio (%) of fat, carbs, and protein to meet my goals?

Just throwing this out there.
You could consider going against conventional norms and eat primarily Fat (largest percentage of macros) and protein.
Carnivore diet. And you’d have a couple style options with that; All red meat is a hardcore Carnivore diet — eat fatty cuts of meat (2-4lbs of it a day) until satisfied/content, using no other flavor additions except salt, black pepper, and butter. And drink water only (some black coffee is ok).
Carnivore option 2: Eat any and all types of meat (i.e., beef, chicken, pork, fish, etc) as well as eggs. Some cheese is ok. And again; salt, black pepper, butter, drink water only (some black coffee ok). Carnivore diet is Zero Carbs.
To really amp the fat loss, throw in a couple days of intermittent fasting.
Two meals per day on non fasting days.
Keep AAS both at a good level, and run some GH as well.
You’ll cut like a mofo.

What is your current diet like? Are you losing weight, mainting in current macros? How much do you weigh and what is your activity level (active, sedentary job)

By far the best fat burner out there. Just wish it didn't make me so lethargic.

I take these and I am VERY tolerant of stims. These do the trick!

I might have to try this diet

Commit to it for a solid 7 days. That’s enough to begin to adjust (ketoais: burning fat for fuel) to it, and begin to see initial results on scale and in mirror. Once you see and feel the effects, you can continue with building discipline with it from there, and get into your leanest condition yet, the quickest way ever.

A few details in addition to what I posted about it:
Use only grass fed butter (Organic Valley, Kerrygold, are quality affordable brands).
Pastured eggs are the supreme choice for eggs — the nutrient profile is far superior to regular.
Grass fed beef if you can afford to — if not, just get best you’re able to afford.
Salt should be a quality Himalayan pink (great mineral profile).

Note: Sticking to red meat ONLY (beef, steak, liver) with NO carbs in addition, will yield the quickest and most impressive results.
