This is a pretty good article from Scott Stevenson. Details a breakdown of stretching and a bunch of examples for each muscle group. Compares different training systems( FST7, Parillo and Doggcrap) and has a lot of the examples by muscle group for self, assisted and weighted extreme stretching. Definitely a good resource if you want to implement this into training.
