Steroid rubber

For my steroid vial is it okay to have the rubber part exposed, as in I dont need a lid or anything covering the rubber stopper. So for example if I decide to put the vial in a diabetic bag and it rubs against the bag It should be okay to use as long as I still rub the top off?

Give it a little dab of alcohol 1st before drawing out., I dribble a little on right out of the bottle & wipe off with lint free TP

Your fine brotha. Just swab the top with an alcohol prep everytime before withdrawing.
