I have become more and more concerned with doing things as safely as possible. I want to take the minimal effective dose of gear to accomplish my goals.
What supplements do you guys uutilize for health purposes on and off cycle? Obviously I realize that diet plays a big role here as well.
I currently use:
CoQ10 (200mg)
Fish oil (5g)
AAKG/Citruline combo (not sure)
Multi
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3
Nattokinase
Hawthorne Berry
TUDCA
