sleep help

Melatonin is good. Lower dosages are better than larger doses. I've read that a lot of people seem to like Iron Mag Labs Dream & Grow.

Melatonin is good. Benadryl also works like a charm at 50mgs before bed.

where do u find xanaz or valium just wondering if any sources has anything like that
Those are narcotics man. Rec drugs are not allowed on these types of forums. Plus a good way to get yourself banned if caught trying to buy or sell

Ur fine man. I just wanted to let you know. Ya know there used to be a research chemical site that you could get liquid clonazolam but I don't know what happened to them. I used them with good success and products.

I know this sounds stupid but I checked out certain channels on YT after someone told me this helped them...they're special "sleep sounds" or music that play anywhere from 1-10hrs. I thought it was crazy at 1st...then I kept trying different ones until I started sleeping more and more.
Now I listen to it maybe once a week now and have been sleeping like a baby and I've always had terrible insomnia.

i know this is odd but i need help sleeping any suggestions on meds or natural remidies to help me count sheep ????

Usually episodic problems with sleep are caused by brief stresses (psychogenic nature) or changes in your training schedule. Sustained problems can be caused by various reasons: cycles with high dosages Test or Tren, extra workout load, incorrect training regime (not enough time between workout and sleep). If you can, try to decrease the dosages of Test and Tren (especialy short ethers). Put away pre-workout mixes, try to change training time, or use pharmacological medicine that regulate circade cycles of sleep. I can recommend melatonin. It is a hormone medicine that can give you nice sleep. As for me, I take a dosage 2-4 tablets of 3mg. Very important moment: don’t take melatonin with food or fats.

"Nature's made" makes 1 melatonin product with 3mg melatonin & 200 L-theanine....works even better then regular melatonin for me......I was up to 5 a night but that's too much.....at 3 a night currently...still lowering.....I read that if u take too much at once your mind cant adjust to how fast u fall asleep, this was happening to me...I'd freak out when I first fall asleep a few times......so,I space out the 3 caps....."Nature's bounty" now makes a Gummi formula of the same as well.....goodluck....

I get it from my Mom.. LOL (No lie)...
Her Dr. prescribes it, she only uses it on occasion when she cant sleep after her neck surgery, so she gives me most of it.
I always tell her "Ma, your my favorite drug dealer" ;)

^^^^^ Sex defintely gets me in the sleep zone.

I recommend getting some Calm CP - stuff isn't cheap, but it basically rebuilds your receptor sites for melatonin, tryphtophan, serotonin, and the like. I was on prescription sleep meds for a long time and they quit working, stopped them completely and went with calm CP for a few days then back to a lower dose of my meds and they work so much better.
