My question is in regards to the various sponsors on this forum. Is there a master list of them somewhere that breaks out whether the sponsor is a domestic or international sponsor of HCU?

Can't give a concrete 'yes' or 'no' but I don't believe there is. Generally speaking if the sponsor doesn't indicate you can usually figure it by their payment or shipping methods.

no there is. but an experience forum user can look at a sponsors list and be able to tell by their wording if its inter or dom
