I'm all for using dumbbells and machines nowadays I myself is no longer a spring chicken (I'm 62) and no longer trying to chase the numbers. Had enough serious injury to go around lol so even gave up on barbell bench due to shoulder injuries over the years.

yessir, I don't believe in ego lifting. I'm trying to lose weight and build a good physique. form is all I care about... but I may do PRs every month lol
