So.. was doing flat bench today. About half way thru I was into a set and on the way up I got a shooting pain in my right shoulder. That was about 8 hours ago. The pain has alleviated nicely. But now when I raise my arm to the side, I get a dull pain. The pain doesn't occur in any other position. Besides rest from barbell press for a week or two. Anyone know of a good home routine or remedy to get rid of this shit?
