Hey any one try the shave clubs?
Just got Harry's dot com the razor is like the best razor I ever used. Now I'm wanting to see how others are . Blows awAy anything I ever used

I started using the Dollar Shave Club once the stores actually stopped carrying basic Atra blades (actual Atra AND the no-name brands all just suddenly went off the market). I'm quite happy with the DSC product. I haven't tried anything but their one-dollar plan, and I haven't tried other clubs so I can't compare ... but a dollar is a lot better than the ten bucks I was spending for a ten-pack at the store.

I have used Harry's for a couple years now...fantastic and affordable.
 
I will say that the one-dollar cheapies from DSC aren't meant for shaving week-old scruff or doing a complete head-to-toe shave for photos or competition. If I shave daily, one blade lasts a while, but it doesn't stand up well to multi-day growth.
 
I like shick quattro has 4 blades but is gentle and has a blade on reverse side to get underneath my giant ass nose lol... anything else(like BIC) just tears my shit up and I get acne...Haven't tried the shave clubs yet..
 
I have a gillette pro glide and Schick Quattro. The pro glide is well worth the extra money. Better shave and bladesee last 2 weeks longer.
 
I use the Feather AS-D2 double sided safety razor with feather blades. Great shave every time and get the badger silvertip brush to whip up your cream and raise the hair on your face.
 
Interesting- hey shavings damn important lol. So the dollar club if you miss few days won't get the stubble ? I tell you the Harry's blade will and I use daily lasted one month before I had to change . Im crazy about it. I do love the quatro pro too . Long time I got kit where use badger brush and face soap then old fashioned barber razor - it's like meditation but pain in ass. The Harry's blade no skill required lol. No cuts -you fuck up with the old fashioned blade looked like you had date with werewolves

Lmao yea that's why I went with the feather it's not as aggressive as some of the others and I love the shave. Just pull the skin around the chin area up or down and you don't have to worry about it. I got a block of 500 feather blades for cheap and I change my blade about once a week. I switched over about 6 months ago and wont ever go back to these new razors.

I use dsc for shaving my head every 2-3 days and body once a week razor head lasts quite a long time before going dull.

Its funny how you want something that you don't have.....I'd love to grow a beard, but all I can grow is a dirty mustache. Prior to TRT, I'd shave once every 2 weeks or so, sometimes even longer. Now I shave E3D, but only my dirtier mustache and trim my side burns. I want to be hairy as fuck just for a day or week so I can know what it feels like to have manly chest and back hair along with grizzly beard that connects to your neck.... oh well, I won't use this as 1 of my 3 wishes lol.

what about NAIR? My wife uses it to clean up her bikini line. I wonder if it'll work on men's face......

I would say no to thr NAIR, I used a similar product on my face when I was younger. It hurt like hell!

Dude my beard is coming in mega thick since starting TRT. Well all of my body, I feel like Austin Powers when I don't shave my chest.

The Harry's blades will shaved anything , if I miss few days these damn blades last week or so like samurai sword of shaving lol

You don't want that bro. I hate that I'm so damn hairy. I have to shave daily. I shave my head, my chest hair is longer than the hair on my head and the wife shaves my back for me. You don't want to be some nasty hairy animal like me. Hair is pretty gross. My legs are super hairy also except where I wear my socks on my shins. It's like the socks over the years stopped the hair from growing in that area. Alright, I think I'm over-sharing now.
 
Going to start a Dollar Shave Club subscription as I am tired of the crazy high cost of blades. $35 for 8 blades for my Hydro 5 Fusion handle...a fucking ripoff! :mad:
 
OK just went with Harry's...ordered the trial pack for 3 bucks. Will get blades every 3 months for $15.
