Scammer! Badgers cousin

Well I found out after the fact that badger "sold" me and another guy on here the same three kits that his buddy supposedly backed out on. So it's all definitely fishy from the start.
I thought he was just trying to recover some money since he was moving out of his girlfriends and that's why the price was so good for "the grey top". Then after I sent funds he said he had 30 kits coming in 6 days. Made no sense to me.

I'm looking into it. His brother gave me his real name . If he got his 4th suspended he might of went to jail but that's why you have a partner to help

the guy your emailing is badgers brother...tony....tony had everything...but then gave to his cousin HANK to mail...hank is at that phone number....both said they were gonna ship...and never did.

Name is David and I'm guessing last name Biggs from his gmail acct. he just said he would fix it but if his info got out he would expose us so I told him I liked his brother but these things needed to be handled and he said he would. If he told you the same though dred... Doesn't make me a believer by his word. I'll try to post pics of the emails. It was only 3

(a) I am the other guy that paid for the same kits as Hevi-Head...very fishy.
(b) The moneygram name that was used is his girlfriend, but why would he have me send to her when they were splitting up?.....very fishy.
(c) Badger said that he shipped me my pack and that he just needs to go to his office to get me tracking info and never heard from him again......very fishy

I found http://inmatelocator.cor.pa.gov/#/ which is an inmate search for state of PA, but nobody by the name of David Biggs. 2 guys with Biggs as last name, but I don't think any is badger.

I also went thru every jail on this website http://www.theinmatelocator.com/Pennsylvania.html and couldn't find anyone that matched David Biggs.
