For ED pinning, what do you guys do?

I'm thinking quads and delts for my next short ester blast. The reason I ask is I currently pin 2x/week and just do quads.
 
left delt,
right quad,
right delt,
left quad,
right VG
left glute,
left VG,
right glute,
and repeat.

Sorry if I got my left and rights mixed up but you get the idea. VG is super easy. I have a trick for glute pinning that is 100% money back guarantee (even though I am not selling anything lol) that you will NEVER Cramp, wiggle needle MUCH less and you'll wonder why I kept this secret.

This..but I have a bit of a plex when it comes to pinning quads... but everything else is fair game

Really? I actually prefer pinning quads...huge muscle and I can actually see it vs pinning my ass lol.

I have a hard time with dorsalglute. I don't think I've ever successfully pinned the left cheek. Right I've only done a few times also. It's just too awkward.

I go 5/8 25 gauge in my delts eod with no problem 2ml each time... also the gear matters too if it's high mg and pip is there then u have to rotate

I use a 23g. Bigger hole but I find that I move the needle A LOT less when trying to inject the oil so I am assuming, fairly confidently, that I am actually causing less damage and Im a straight glute. Havent done delts in a while. Cruising now so may actually try subq for that.
 
When I pin everyday I have a 16 spot rotation, all spots I can easily pin 3cc.

Traps
Side delts
Rear delts
Front delts
Pecs
Lats
VG
Glutes

I just found out through xrays that I have bursitis in my hips and I think it is from VG shots. I was given 6 months of anti inflammatory medicine to take. I may drop VG shots from my rotation.

Bi’s, tris, chest, lats, shoulders. Sometimes butt, never legs

I don't pin ledges either. I did one pin in each leg when I first started gear, it was 1ml test prop left leg Monday sands 1ml test prop right leg Wednesday...I walked with a double limp for a week!!! Never again have I done legs.

I am about the same as everyone else as far as rotation, and VG is Ventrogluteal muscle of the hip. I like pictures like the one below.

Delts my fav and easiest by far.not a fan of quads but hit them when I feel my delts need a break. For the guy who hits front and rear delts is that something you started once you reached a certain size? I just can't see going an inch deep in rear/front...I'm sure I could you have me wanting to try now!

1/2 " Slin pin Brother...! Easy peasy.., hit rear of each last nite pre~w/o with a cc each of h2O drol, bol, test susp mixed, 1/2 cc ea. of the two inj orals 25mg each and a cc of 100mg/ml test suspension into a reg 3ml barrel, back loaded the Slin pin twice, once for each. Rear delt. As long as your lean enuff (which I am ) no lumps, no worries I just push a little so as to indent and figure it goes to about 3/4" or a tad less, burns for a hot second, and that's it.

Massage em' for a few , then go Train did shoulders last night anyhow so it helps to dissipate, & get it moving with the pump, can feel this areas a tiny bit today but nothing horrible. All 3 of these Suspension are smooth as silk anyhow.
