Red thighs not lower legs while training

Ok - I'm a hypochondriac.

However, I thought this was weird- I've been training in shorter shorts on leg days to see the muscles I'm hitting. I've noticed that my thighs get really flush, but my lower legs stay light, almost pale. Squats, leg press, lunges etc.

This happen to anyone else? Am I just being a stupid asshole lol?
 
Maybe your thighs are just whiter than the rest of you and you don't notice

Most likely just lactic acid from a killer w/o bro nothing to worry about

Anyone else experience anything similar? It's like my lower legs are so pale and the redness cuts off at the knee..
