Never had a issue at all with red meat in my life, but the past month or so, anytime i touch it ( mostly 93 or 96 lean groud beef 2-3x week) it makes me feel bloated, stomach issues, basically stuck in the damn bathroom after dinner for a few hours. This is high quality brand as well, not some low grade shit. I am running my carbs pretty low for myself as well ( about 200), any reason for this to happen now out of nowhere? Been natty as well since early May ( only supplement is morning multivitamin, so i shoulnt be overly sensitive to anything due to drugs?. Only other additions are veggies, cook with no oil and no salt, its feels like i just chowed down 3 extra large pizzas. Fyi, portions are roughly 1lb serving for 1 meal at night, mostly chicken for other meals ( zero issues with chicken).

Have you always ate a pound of burger at a time?
That's quite a bit especially as people age.

Could be a spice or something depending on what you are adding to it. Interestingly enough to me is I have purchased supposedly good quality meat at a regular supermarket and it tastes like crap and believe it has some red dye in it or something. Then I go to Save-A-Lot, a cheap discount store and get meat there and it tastes much fresher and it just some much better tasting. Then again it could be the veggies for you. However it still could be the meat. Try a different brand or source.

Yes, im in mid 30s, it seems like a decent portion once cooked, not ridiculous amount. Maybe i will cut down to 1/2lb see how i feel. Even today, made some low sodium chilli with veggies, had 2 bowls with 40 oz of water over a 90 minute period around 2pm and my im getting cramping, tried to jog it off but no luck. Also made some chicken chilli, see if thats any better. Its just stragne this came out of nowwhere. A few years ago i would down 1.5 tbones 3 x a week from the butcher with Zero issues.

My thoughts exactly. How's it going now since you've cut back?
