Fucking Jerry Ward this dude has so many Idiots paying him for coaching he rambles on about BCAAs and coconut oil be bad and acts like a diet guru. But let me remind everyone he competed for years and never placed at a local show ever . his best was a sloppy soft 10 weeks out look he is the last person in the world you want coaching you all this game over a YouTube channel WTF . He needs a coach has no business pretending too be one . ok got that out of my system.
