Mine is linked to a cc also but it comes directly out of my bank account.
I've bought up to 1k instantly.
I usually throw some money at it occasionally and keep some in there just as a kind of gear savings account

You can't because there is a verification process too set up your card for security there wouldn't be anyway too do thst
