Anybody ever had their account blocked "due to fraud or abuse"? What the hell does that mean?

Never ever had email blocked/locked/closed down. I am very interested to know the reason because I use protonmail and for others that use it too.

Have you inquired why? If so, anything you can do to retrieve your email?

I apologize if this guess comes off as offensive as that's not my intent..... I wonder if it's because a blacklisted email was either sent or received?
