Before you start your cycle make sure you have everything you need, make sure you have everything you might need, make sure you are ready for changes and re-adjustments. in order to have everything you need, you need to know everything you need, so make sure you have a clear goal and target and you have made all the necessary research, DO NOT ASSUME, DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED, nothing will make up for a poorly prepared cycle,
Recently i started my 2nd cycle, i never felt the need of AI's before neither knew much about them to be honest, The first 10 weeks of this cycle were a disaster for me...lack of preparation and knowledge, one thing for sure: i have learnt from my mistakes,

Too many people don’t have AIs and such and then it’s too late and they develop gyno. Easily avoided.
