Post cycle training programs???

I'm finishing a long test c cycle...500 ml a week for 9 months along with 8 weeks dbol and the last 14 weeks deca, 300 ml per week. I'm trying to keep my gains...Any advise on training programs that will help to that end????

Keep your training and your diet on point as it is and don't change it too much. I myself is about to start PCT and been 3 weeks since last pin and so far have kept much of my new-found strength.
 
So should I go for volume or power? Right now I'm alternating on a week b week program
