So backstory to this photo The photo on the right i was 335 lb The heaviest I ever was was 355 lb the photo on the left I'm currently 230 lb it has taken me a long time to get where I'm at and even after losing all the weight I still suffer body dysmorphia but at the end of the day I still look and feel betterView attachment 7117

This is an actual medical condition called Heterochromia.

Heterochromia is the presence of different colored eyes in the same person. Heterochromia in humans appears either as a hereditary trait unassociated with other disease, as a symptom of various syndromes or as the result of a trauma.

Encountering someone with two different colored eyes is rare. In fact, only about 6 in every 10,000 people in the United States have different colored irises.
