Me personally I grew up with glute imjections. That was it! However as time has passed, I have seen more and more guys pinning in crazy places I would never dream of..like the pec!
What about you guys? Do you have a favorite pin site and more importantly, why?

Ventral glute bud. The holy grail of pin sites. I've pushed 3cc in with no pip whatsoever. But that has to do with gear and a steady hand. But pecs are weird for me as well.

My main injection sites are glutes, delts and quads. Occasionally I'll rotate to calves, traps and lats.

I have thanked all my growth to site injections!! Bi's, tris, lats being my fav, chest is great, and shoulders wouldn't be so dam wide and big without spot injects. I like the traps, and calves and legs are places I don't do so much.

V glutes are my fav also . But I do pecs , lats ,delts, glutes and quads
