So Samsung got me again. I JUST upgraded from an S6 to an S7 not even 30 days ago. I had a cracked screen on my old one, so that is really the only reason I got a new one. I'll be GAT DAMN if I didnt break another screen tonight. I dropped the piece of shit from like 10" out of my pocket, on to the ground and it broke in 3 places. I swear its a fucking racket. They make these screens break so fucking easy so you have to keep replacing them. I'm fuckin livid right now. Anyone have a plug at Verizon, or anyone know a good place online to fix phone screens?

My mom's S5 screen shattered merely from falling off her bed onto the carpeted floor. Grrrrrrr!

I got my mom's phone screen fixed for $75. And yes she had a simple case on hers. My personal phone is a Samsung J320 and its been pretty dependable. My backup phone is a ZTE which is pretty darn good.

where did you go? I'm thinking about just hitting up one of those mall kiosks that sell phone cases. I heard they fix screens for semi cheap.

I went to a kiosk at the mall in the next town. Did a good job on it too so now my mom's happy also I found a better case for her phone on ebay.

I'm not a cellphone guy, but don't they come with some kind of warranty or something?. Oh and I'd bet you could find out how to replace the screen on youtube or something. Seems like something you'd need a set of tiny jewelry tools for and patience. Then again, why waste your time with all that if you just purchased it less than 30 days ago. If they don't repair or replace it for you, I'd be pretty pissed.

I guess you lose your warranty if you try repairing it yourself though...So that's out I guess. Link,

If anyone besides Samsung fixes your phone you'll lose your warranty, and water resistance.

I'm on my 3rd s7 edge wish the note 7 would have never messed up sick of this phone.

Nope. I found out my insurance deductable was $150, and there is no way to fix the glass on the screen without replacing the whole display (which was gonna be $200+). I just ended up getting a really good case, that covers up most of the cracks, since they were around the outside. I'll get it fixed for the 150 at some point.

I actually looked it up on youtube. There is a good video on how to replace the screen on the S6 which I'm guessing would be quite similar. If you have the patience of monk and tiny fingers, heat gun and some precision tools, it would be possible. Even the tech going doing it had some problems though, so it'd be that difficult.
