Hey Guys I'm currently going through some trouble in my right wrist. The injury seems to be in the dead center of the wrist and its deep in the tendons. It hurts like hell when I give a handshake or going to grip the bar during my presses. The pain mostly occurs when I bend my wrist backward as if going to grip the bench bar or doing shoulder presses. There is a sharp pain seeming like mid radius bone, but it definately seems like some tendons. I'm not on a cycle currently other than TRT test 200mg week. My SARM stack consist of LDG, YK-11, S-4, and GW.

I have never touched any peptides before, but I constantly see TB500 being thrown around. So if someone could help me out with some suggestions or a protol that would be cool.

I will be following this thread closely.
Ive had killer bicep tendinitis for months..it’s driving me crazy. It has literally stopped me from being able to train upper body.

Yeah man I'm was planning on beginning a new cycle at the end of the month but want to address this before I start a cycle, grind hard and risk an injury. I also heard Mk 2866 is good for healing so I may add them both. However I would like to get some knowledge from someone who has been through some situations and came out on top. It feels like if I keep going my wrist will snap or something is going to break. I will be running DECA so that will help with lubrication but I don't want a band aid

TB 500 for Injury Repair, Pain Reduction and Recovery!

By Jeff Behar, MS, MBA, CIH

TB-500, also known as Thymosin Beta 4. is a synthetic peptide that has been directly linked to impressive extremely enhanced recovery times for muscle and more. It plays a vital role in building new blood vessels, new muscle tissue fibers, new cell migration and new blood cell reproduction.

In this post, you're going to discover exactly what TB-500 is, how it works, and how to use it.

A warning: TB-500 is absolutely, 100% banned by WADA and most other global sporting organization both in-competition and out-of-competition. You should NOT use this if you are competing in any such sanctioned sport as it definitely falls under the banned category of “Peptide Hormones, Growth Factors, Related Substances and Mimetics)”. If you're looking for another good Peptide that heals that is not band consider IBC 157. I'll write an article about this great peptide in the not too distant future.

What is TB-500?

TB-500, or Thymosin Beta 4, is a peptide that naturally occurs in the human body and in animal bodies, and, since it is mostly sold for research purposes and veterinary use. It's been around for approximately 15 years.

Peptides are two or more amino acids linked together in a chain, and TB-500 is a simply a short peptide fragment of an actual hormone – a hormone called “Thymosin Beta-4”. BecauseTB-500’s peptide sequence shares most of the properties of Thymosin Beta-4, this is why it's a family referred to as Thymosin Beta-4 - even though technically it is not. TB-500 share similar properties however because it's a fragment of the hormone it’s actually more economical to produce, and thus easier to find.

TB-500 Uses

TB-500 has been used extensively for race horses to prevent adhesions from forming, although it is not a prescription veterinary drug. Like many other veterinary drugs that work, TB-500 has found its way into human use, because it works. The first known human use actually dates back to 1974.

TB-500 Benefits

TB-500 has been shown to offer many of the same effects of growth hormone (GH), including:

-Increasing strength through muscle growth

-Speeding up the healing process for wounds

-Promotes rapid surface wound healing with little to no scarring and very little discomfort

- Heals at a cellular level, stem cells are the main ingredient to wound healing and body organ regeneration

-Assists with regeneration of blood vessels

-Reduces inflammation of the joints

-Reducing acute/chronic pain and/or inflammation

- Increases stamina levels during longer bouts of endurance

-Increasing flexibility

-Increasing hair growth

So, how does TB-500 actually work?

TB-500 has the ability to upregulate cell building proteins such as actin, which is a protein that forms (together with myosin) the contractile filaments of muscle cells, and is also involved in motion and metabolism in many other types of cells. It is this upregulation of actin that allows TB-500 to promote healing, cell growth, cell migration and cell proliferation. This not only helps build new blood vessel pathways but also upregulates the type of “good” inflammation that is directly correlated with faster wound healing.

Due to its molecular structure and low molecular weight, TB-500 is very versatile, mobile and possesses the ability to travel long distances through tissues. This means that when targeting injured areas (chronic or acute), TB-500 has the ability to circulate through the body and “find” those areas of injury in order to enhance the healing or growth process. Many users have also noted the added benefits of improved flexibility, and reduced inflammation in tendons. Some report re-growth of lost hair, and darkening of grayed hair, which is similarly reported to those who use HGH as well.

Even though TB-500 works systemically, I would still encourage you to make your site injection as closest to the injured are as possible for quicker results

Currently, studies are also being conducted on the ability of TB-500 to heal damaged heart tissue, including “athlete's heart”, also known as ventricular hypertrophy.

Who Uses TB-500?

Besides the common use by Veterinarians for horses, the majority of people who experiment with TB-500 injections, use it for acute injuries or wounds that would heal slow (when you need them to heal fast), or for more chronic injuries where the healing doesn’t seem to be happening. It also can be used to prevent inflammation and have coverage from exercising.

Where to Get TB-500

You can find TB-500 (often sold under the name Thymosin Beta 4) on several peptide supplier websites. Don't be alarmed when you see the disclaimer from these websites that the products can be used for research purposes only. This disclaimer is required otherwise they would not be able to sell the product for human use.

Pricing

About $30 for a 5 g vial, $50 for a 10 g vial.

Dosing

The most common dose of TB-500/Thymosin Beta 4 is based on your body weight. For a 200-pound person, the dosage recommendation is about 7.66 mg per week (3.83 2x a week) for six weeks. This is derived by calculating the human dose based on the recommended dosage of TB-500 for greyhounds (5 mg) according to MediVet (the TB-500 manufacturer).

So for simplicity purposes, if you are approximately 200 lbs the correct dosage would be about 4 mg twice a week. Others have found 2 MG 2x a week for 6 weeks works well. My suggestion would be to use 4 mg twice a week for the first two weeks then 2 MG 2x a week for the following 4 weeks.

Dilution for 10 mg vial. Use 2 ml water. 1 ml than equals 5 mg. This equates to 80 units on insulin needle 2x a week for a 8 mg weekly dose for the first 2 weeks. 40 units on insulin needle 2x a week for a 4 mg weekly dose for weeks 3-6.

So what this means is if you're approximately 200 pounds, you would need approximately 32 g for a typical six week therapy period.

How TB-500 Arrives

When you get your TB-500, it will come in a powder form. You will need to “reconstitute” it by adding bacteriostatic water. The amount of water you add to it will determine how concentrated the formula is. This is important so that you can figure out how much your draw from the bottle for the required dosage. If you need help with the math behind this, send me a private message.

Once your TB-500 is properly mixed, you then draw the dose into an insulin syringe, and inject it intramuscularly, subcutaneously, or intravenously (according to your preference).

Supplies needed for TB-500 injection:

TB-500
Bacteriostatic Water
Alcohol swab
1cc Insulin syringe

Steps for Mixing TB-500:

Take the lids off both your bacteriostatic water and TB-500 containers.

Rub the alcohol swab along the rubber stopper on the TB-500 container, and the top of the bacteriostatic water vial and allow each to air dry.

Fill the insulin syringe with bacteriostatic water and slowly and carefully inject the syringe of water into the bottle of TB-500 – being careful to spray the water onto the sides of the container rather than directly into the powder. You're most likely going to get your bottle of TB-500 mg or 5 mg bottles.

Your TB-500 is now reconstituted.

Injecting TB-500

When drawing TB-500 into syringes for injection, turn the bottle upside down slowly and draw the liquid into the syringe smoothly and slowly. When injecting, do so with a smooth, slow motion as well. Peptides are fragile and too much mixing and jostling of the container can damage or reduce the effectiveness of your product.

TB-500 can be delivered through subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous injections.

Before using any of these methods, use a fresh alcohol swab to clean the rubber stopper of your TB-500 bottle and the area of injection. This will minimize your risks for bacteria and contamination.

Subcutaneous injections – you simply pinch an area of skin and push the needle through it. Tip: you should inject an area of your body near your actual injury.

Intramuscular injections – these are harder than subcutaneous injections as instead of simply inserting the needle under the skin, the needle must be “stabbed” into the muscle as close to the area you are experiencing pain or injury as possible.

Because TB-500 works systemically you do not need to inject intramuscular unless that would be an easier approach to get closest to your injured tissue.

After injecting TB-500, massage the area of injection for about a minute to help work the TB-500 into the tissues and improve the absorption and effectiveness.

TB-500 Storage Temperatures:

Prior to reconstitution (lyophilized / freeze dried powder): Store at 2-8C (Refrigerate), do not freeze and protect from light.

After reconstitution (liquid): Store at 2-8C (Refrigerate), do not freeze and protect from light.

Do not let your mixed TB-500 sit at room temperature or in the light or it will go bad. To ensure the highest quality, it needs to be kept out of direct light and at refrigerated.

Reconstituted TB-500 should be used within 8 days.

Side Effects and Risks of TB-500

You should know that there have been some conflicting research studies about this stuff when it comes to cancer. Some studies suggest that it may contribute to the growth of existing cancer cells, while further data suggests it may inhibit cancer.

Like most peptides on the market, TB-500 has limited long term studies involving human use. From what I’ve seen and heard from bodybuilders and athletes using the peptide, the primary side effect is a temporary sense of lethargy.

Summary

There are not much long-term human studies on peptide's however TB-500 is a very popular peptide amongst bodybuilders and other athletes in regards to healing injuries fast, healing the gut, growing new muscle faster, and exercise recovery.

For this reason it may be worth looking into peptides such as TB-500 (or BPC-157).

For me, I have several injuries that cause extreme chronic pain that has affected the quality of my life last week. One of the injuries the doctors have already stated they want to perform another surgery. So if you're like me, choosing a natural substance like the TB-500 is certainly much better than the alternatives I have at this moment.

Do you have questions or comments about TB-500? Have you used TB-500 (or IBC-157) yourself? Let me know in the comments below. I'd love to hear about your experience, what you pay for it, how quickly he started seeing benefits or if you did not see benefits at all.

This may help as well....

The effects of ostarine translate to anabolism in bone and skeletal muscle tissue, which means it could be used for a variety of uses, such as osteoporosis and as a concurrent treatment with drugs that reduce bone density. Therefore it has great application as a compound to use for rehabilitation of injuries, in particular bone and tendon related injuries.

Another great option would be Nutrobal (Mk-677) to increase your IGF-1 levels. In a multitude of studies, Nutrobal (Mk-677) increased IGF-1 levels by between 39-89%. Here are some IGF-1 benefits:

Increased Fat Oxidation (fat loss).
Increased Muscle gains (lean mass).
Tightening up loose skin.
Healing old injuries.
Healing Bones, Tendons and Ligaments.

Hope this helps and good luck on your road back to recovery.

To all who replied THANK YOU ALL! I was leaning toward TB-500 but needed confirmation and before this post was created I had JUST bought some MK-677 and MK-2866 I will definately be looking into sourcing some 500. Does anyone have a legit website to source some tb-500? I ordered from madisonjames and geopeptides but I know some others sell tb500 as well but I'm not sure if this is a type of product that can be faked or underdosed or not. But seeing it comes in powder form you can you really fake this? Also I was going to run some CJC w DAC with the MK-677 to give that extra GH boost. I'm trying to heal up before I go on cycle again. It would be some SHIT if I started a cycle then got injured and have to stop.

BTW special thanks to Lilgumby for that awesome writeup on TB-500. Much appreciated bro

You are welcome brother. I didn't actually write the article the author name is at the top of it. Look him up on Facebook and he will have lots more knowledge for you. Dude is super smart

So update I'm about 6 days in on my tb500. And I'm not sure how long it will take but I'm pretty much almost done 1 5mg bottle and I'm not feeling better. Wrist still hurts like hell. Still lift just avoid certain movements. I purchased my tb500 from geopeptides (dunno if anyone has any experience with them). Also note after my injection...maybe like 30 sec after it begins to itch slightly. No redness or tenderness. It lasts maybe from 5-10 min. Maybe from BAC water? Anyhow does anyone know when healing will occur? Or does that depend on the severity of the injury itself?

I had rotator cuff surgery in August. As soon as my stitches came out I started 100mcg of tb 500 a day for 5 weeks and it actually cut my healing time in half.

If you can deal with the night vision side effect s4 andarine. It worked wonders for my knee, back and shoulders. Alleviated inflamation and all pain, also restored full rom. Not to mention was great for strength and body recomp. I can't use winstrol because of the drying effect on the joints but I use s4 as a replacement.

So would TB 500 be good for hernia surgery healing? Anybody tried it for a hernia or any info on faster healing for hernia surgery? Thanks for any info!!
