I would throw the paper away. I would not sign it or send it back to them or anything. I think the fact that they hand delivered it is strange so I would think they are watching all your mail so don't order anything in that name or to that address. You cant say you didn't get the letter but you don't have to sign it and send it back because that would just tell them you knew a pack was coming and it was yours. You can say yes they gave me a letter but I have no idea what it was all about because I didn't order anything so I tossed it out.

I had 3 back to back over 2 months when ourunkown secrets on OLM was having issues back in 2010-12. Not once did anyone show up with the paper though. I never responded, through out the paper, no issues after that.

Any packs I get i leave unopened for a few days. I mark "unkown sender" and "return to shipper" on them with a sharpie and leave by my door with other mail. Just in case.

I know Australia is probably a tad different. But throw it and dont acknowledge it. If something in the future happens again your fucked because even if you tock the box to abandon the pack now. You have acknowledged that it was yours. At the moment they have zero proof or link that you actually had that sent to you. By signing that instantly shows your intent and ownership.
