Pain in shoulder extending into collar bone

Been having pain in the front of my left shoulder that extends into my collar bone, any ideas of what it could be? No loss of strength or range of motion.

If it continues. See a sports medicine doctor. That's what I did for my shoulder. Luckily, it was a hurt tendon. But it gave me some serious problems for awhile.
