The supplements ingredients and science behind the ingredients is good, it's just a matter of the source and quality of the ingredients in the supplement as well as the price "for the proprietary blend" of those ingredients. Personally I would pick and choose best items from the mix that you think would optimize your health and I am sure you would save money and get a higher dosage of the actual ingredients you want...

but on paper the labeled ingredients are good...it may be way overpriced...but it's not snake oil.. The ingredients actually do have a health purpose if taken in high enough dosages..
